EQUILIBRIUM MOISTURE ON RUNNING WEBS

The DWF-AW-25 determines the equilibrium moisture  and temperature on moving webs (paper, textiles, film etc.). This information is  an important information for instance in processes such as offset printing. By shielding the sensor from the ambient humidity/environment, only the surface of the running web is determined. The sensor can traverse the entire web width and record the measuring values over the entire width of the web surface. The product moisture content can be established using corresponding characteristic curves (sorption isotherms).
