aw-Value Measuring Station Thermostated
The water activity of materials and foodstuffs can be determined in the thermostated aw-value measuring station DWF-AW-35/120 over a wide temperature range of -35 ° C to 120 ° C. This temperature range allows the representation of influences that occur in a large number of applications, including the simulation of extreme conditions, such as in automobiles. The aw value is temperature-dependent. It must therefore always be determined at a defined temperature. The aw value and the temperature must always be specified together.
