Different gas humidities can be generated in the laboratory gas humidity generator DWF-ENG-20 for experimental chambers which can be used for scientific experiments and investigations. For example, moisture content can influence the stability of different materials such as certain plastics, food or building materials.
FUNCTIONAL PRINCIPLE
In a chamber a dry and a moisture saturated airflow are mixed. This process takes place in a state of thermal equilibrium. The airflows are mixed according to the programmed gas humidity. At ambient temperatures of up to 60°C humidity in the range of 10… 95% RH can be generated. The gas mixture is guided into an external analysis chamber. The Gas Flow can be adjusted according to requirements.
Relative humidity: (10 … 95) % RH
Temperature: Ambient temperature up to 60°C
Inputs: Dry gas (air or nitrogen), water
Output: temperate, humid gas
