LABORATORY GAS HUMIDITY GENERATOR

Different gas humidities required for experiments and investigations in experiment chambers can be generated by the laboratory gas humidity generator DWF-ENG-20. For instance, humidity can influence the stability of various materials such as some plastics, foodstuffs and products and construction materials.

Operating Principle of our laboratoty gas humidity generator:

In a chamber, a dry and a moisture-saturated airstream are mixed. This process takes place in a state of thermal equilibrium. The air streams are mixed according to the programmed gas humidity. At ambient temperatures up to 60°C humidity in the range of 10…95%rh can be generated. The gas mixture is passed into a heated external analysis chamber. The gasflow can be adjusted according to the requirements of the operator.
